Rafał joined SSG in May 2022, bringing his experience in providing legal advisory and services in private equity companies in Poland and other European countries. His most recent role was at PKP Energetyka, where he worked as a Legal Counsel for almost 7 years. Rafał has 30 years of legal advisory and services experience both from reputable law firms such as Clifford Chance as well as in-house General Counsel at companies such as Energis Poland, GTS Group covering Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania (private equity), and Benestra Slovakia (private equity). Rafał oversees and leads all legal matters of Stock Spirits.
