Božkov Tuzemský is launching two new varieties on the Czech market, offering consumers innovative new tastes.
Both new Božkov Special products build on the heritage and taste of Božkov Tuzemský the best selling domestic rum and best sellling spirit in the Czech Republic, augmented by new flavours. Božkov Special Almond marries the taste of the original recipe with that of bitter almond kernels, giving the drink’s aroma and flavour pleasant almond tones. Božkov Special Coffee combines the traditional flavour with Ethiopian coffee. The new products are on sale in both the retail off trade and on trade channels, supported by an extensive marketing campaign including in-store samplings and special promotions in restaurants. They are available at a suggested retail price of CZK 145 per 0.5 litres.
“The consumers involved in the development of the two new Božkov Special flavours were very taken with the unexpectedly smoother flavour and sweeter aftertaste of almonds and coffee, which go very well together with the hugely popular “tuzemský” taste. This will give our consumers their favourite traditional flavour with a new and unexpected twist”, says Kateřina Harris, Stock Plzeň’s Marketing Director.
