Easter delight from Limoncè and Bauli

Traditional Colomba filled with Limoncè cream seals the historic partnership between Stock Spirits Italia and Bauli.

Stock Spirits Italia are once again collaborating with Bauli, a leader in traditional Italian sweet and savoury baked goods, with a unique adaptation of traditional Italian dessert, Colomba.

Made in the shape of a flying dove, this seasonal sweet treat's original name is 'Colomba di Pasqua', which is Italian for Easter dove. Baked in a similar way to panettone (Italy's famous Christmas cake), Colomba is traditionally made on Good Friday and is enjoyed throughout Italy at Easter.

From a collaboration consolidated over many years and founded on a mutual commitment to offering consumers superior quality products that respect Italian tradition, the Colomba Bauli Limoncè was born. A sprinkling of icing sugar decorates this limited edition treat, with soft dough and a heart of aromatic and delicate Limoncè cream that brings a freshness, colour and exuberance to the traditional dessert.

Crema di Limoncè is a creamy limoncello obtained by adding fresh cream to classic limoncello that has been made according to tradition with an infusion of 100% Sicilian lemon peel.

The Colomba Bauli Limoncè will be available in a 750gr format and a 100gr Colombina format in the best hypermarkets and supermarkets across Italy throughout March and April 2021.
